Lee has been in the insurance industry, in the area of service for over 30 years. With MCC, her primary focus has been on providing excellent customer service. Some of her responsibilities include: assisting our clients with billing or claims questions, handling new enrollments, changes and terminations, reviewing and explaining benefits, assisting with appeals, and providing much support for MCC agents.
Lee feels that “Everyone needs to have an advocate from time to time. I see it is my job, in this delicate industry, to provide that support to our clients.”
In her free time, Lee enjoys spending time with her husband, Bob and their adopted cat, Angel (“not-so-angel”, at times,) taking care of their home, reading, exercising, and keeping in touch with her daughter, Kristin and son-in-law, David across the miles. Lee’s also been active in various Women’s ministries over the years through the county jail and her local church.
